As an INDUSTRIAL PAINTER you will be required to oversee the initial beginning and final paint and prep of all our industrial equipment from the early stages of manufacture to the final completion. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include: Engaging in proper steel surface preparation utilizing company provided tooling and supplies such as sanding, grinding, epoxy, primers, accelerators and enamel paints. Masking off surrounding machine parts and surfaces to prevent over-spray and damage with a multi-color paint scheme. Proficient in high-volume spraying of industrial-grade paints utilizing spray guns and spray booths. Maintain the areas safety and their cleanliness. Perform touch-up duties when full spray coating is not needed. Control and manage supplies and paint inventory per production schedule Physical Limitations: Work may require lifting, pulling, and carrying up to fifty (50) pounds; frequent bending, climbing stairs, and reaching; standing up to six (6) hours per day.
